  After a terrible experience with Best Buy literally not being able to deliver a refrigerator into NYC for 5 days from when promised I contacted Joe D's. They had the exact model I needed in stock and were able to get it to me very quickly and the delivery showed up during the promised time window. Everyone I dealt with at Joe D's on the phone to make sure they could accommodate the strict delivery schedule of my building were very nice and they made sure they got the job done. I won't hesitate to use them in the future for all of my appliance needs.
