  The guy is nice I've gone about 5 times yet every time I go I leave and something else on my phone wasn't working I thought my phone was just a piece of junk at first and then began to realize he was most likely replacing working parts in my phone with faulty ones just to be able to charge me for the original ones back and the labor . I'm never going back again . No offense to anybody but I'd honestly rather a white person work on my phone this guy acted like my best friend every time I went in there and he's a crook. I've had bad experiences upon bad experiences going to these main ave stores in Clifton and Patterson trying to get my phone fixed they're either like this guy or way too over priced I don't trust any of them anymore

  The service and the staff here is good but the products here are ridiculously overpriced. I do not recommend coming here to buy any tech gear such as phone cases, cables, etc, or even new phones. Their repair service is good but your much better off just going to Amazon or another online retailer to buy products. This store often charges double to triple times what the same product costs at another retailer.
