  I went to the BBB in clifton, i do agree that they have a worse and rotten customer service. i went there today bec i need a price adjustment, but before i went tge store i did call the 1800 of BBB make sure they can do prices adjustment of the nespresso machine i bought in paramus. Online web site of BBB paramus was on sale 299.99 and i was charged diff price in paramus store. to make the story short i went to clifton store bec the cusromer service online told me they can do the price adjuatmemt in any store of BBB. What a disspointment bec the store manager are not helpful and kind of rude. most of them they don't have customer service and what help i got from this store Is zero help.

  Do not shop here at Clifton BBB. Store is extremely small. Employees are rude, unprofessional and lazy. The worst BedBathBeyond ever! Totowa and Paramus, and surrounding areas much better.
