  I got a ticket at 1:30 pm, I was the number E01 and they were in D60 so my husband, my son (3 years old) and I waited till 5 pm. We went outside to changed my son's diaper (they dont have restrooms) and we came back and they were at number E07. We tried to explained to the ladies there, but they were so so rude!!! they didn't care that we were waiting like almost 5 hrs in that horrible place and they told us they will call police just because we are asking to respect our rights! We talked to the supervisor, she was nice and she understood us and let us process my son's passport after 5 hrs.. please do not ever go to that horrible place!! worst employees ever!!! they treat you like animal!!!! ps: specially the lady with glasses!!!
