  DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you value your property do NOT entrust to these people. They picked up my expensive rug in November 2017 and returned it damaged. The colors were spilled into each other and looked really really bad. The manager Danny Gorgonio came to pick it up personally and ensured me that he will address it. It took 8 weeks after my endless calls and emails to get the rug back. Only it was further damaged!!! Danny and team lied consistently, played delayed tactics in order to try to rectify the issue, but the end result was the same - the damage was irreversible. They further delayed sending it to the claims dept. It was only after I filed a BBB complaint at the end of March 2018 that they sent it. I am still waiting! I still have no rug - 5 MONTHS!!! The unprofessionalism of this company and people is shocking. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM if you value your items!!!
