  The pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours, and they seemingly haven't done anything to account for the increased customer load during their new hours. Now there are obscenely long wait times to pick up your medications-- not only because there are only two registers, but also because the pharmacists working the registers have to answer phone calls and do whatever else besides moving people through a 20 deep line of customers.
  
  They need an additional open register, or at least extend their current hours to spread out the traffic
